I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT POWER SINCE MONDAY AT 7AM. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW CERTAIN PEOPLE HAVE HAD POWER THIS WHOLE TIME AND MINE HAS NOT COME ON AT ALL
