High Wind. Measured wind gusts of 45 to 60 mph were common across Grand Isle. several branches and small, weak trees downed by winds were the main impacts as well as delays caused to the Cumberland Head-Grand Isle ferry across Lake Champlain. A few weak, old barn or shed structures suffered damage as well. Power outages were isolated.
