Thunderstorm Wind. A 6 inch limb broke off and damaged a fence four miles south of La Crosse, and the power line to a residence was pulled out by the strong winds. Tree limbs up to six inches in diameter were broken off five miles south-southeast of Winona. Finally, at least ten trees were blown over in the town of Endicott.
