Heavy Explosion - then Power went out in Watertown 55388 _ 8:20Am. At the corner of Territorial St W and Jefferson Ave NW. At first look, power is out on the North Side of Territorial St W. Quick Look at Transformer 300 ft down on Territorial from corner of Jefferson seems to look fine. Power Co was called at the same time at 800_895_1999, while giving information she noticed 14 others had reported it also, and said service might be back about 11Am. Make sure to unplug all Tv's and computers in the mean time to prevent power spike hit when it comes back on. It killed my computer before. Good Luck...
