I woke up around 6:45 this morning to power out at Washington Manor apt building / complex (across from Valley HS in WDsM). The emergency floodlights in my building are still on as of 7:30 am.
Power seems to be off around me... I can’t tell if it’s the whole complex or how far it extends.
