The storms Wednesday morning packed quite a punch and knocked out power in parts of Bay County.
About 30 residents and 10 Consumers Energy officials attended a community meeting at Plymouth Park in Midland to discuss the reason for numerous recent power outages and what the company is doing about the problem.
