Trained spotters reported from 8 to 12 inches of snow around the Fields and Andrews areas and 5 to six inches around the Burns area. Strong winds were also reported with blowing and drifting snow and power outages.

A strong North Pacific frontal system moved through Southeast Oregon during the early morning hours of the 14th. Behind the fornt, high winds caused considerable damage across Southeast Oregon with wind gust speeds estimated at up to 70 mph. The roof was torn from a home and 2 power poles were downed due to the high winds in Rome and 2 business signs were downed in Jordan Valley.
