A line of severe thunderstorms moved from northwest to southeast across Vermilion County. There was widespread tree and power line damage. Several small grain bins and barns were destroyed. In Oakwood, the roof of a truck stop was severely damaged. Several semis were blown over on I-74 near Oakwood and near Fithian. The drivers were uninjured.
