I have emphysema and on a breathing machine,which I am unable to use because we have been without power since yesterday. I understand they have a lot to do and maybe not a lot of workers. In the mean time I am in my car with my car running with the air on an plugged into my cigarette lighter to be able to use my machine so I can breath .
