My parents are also with no power and no way to get any kind of heat they both just getting over COVID my mom has low immune system my dad is feeling sick from the cold, my daughter with my two grandsons 3yrs and 7 yrs they also stays in mesquite and have not had power since yesterday. Power outages on Knollview Lane and Harbinger Drive in Mesquite Tx, 75150 since early this morning. No way to contact power company by phone since they don't answer. Their website isn't functioning that would help report it being down. Please turn power back on so pipes don't freeze. Power outages are not rolling anymore.
