An isolated severe storm moved southeast across Lake Michigan from near Milwaukee and produced numerous reports of large hail up to an inch in diameter and significant wind damage in the form of hundreds of downed trees, tree limbs and numerous power lines from near South Haven southeast to Vicksburg. Damage was significant and cleanup was still occurring for nearly two weeks after the storms struck.
