THE POWER HAS BEEN OUT ON MY STREET ONLY IN MILFORD, OHIO, SINCE YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. A CREW LOOKED AT THE OUTSIDE POWER LINES WITH FLASHLIGHTS ABOUT 10 P.M.
