Thunderstorm winds blew down several large trees, numerous tree limbs and power lines between Godfrey and the Alton area. One tree fell onto an unoccupied mobile home in Godfrey. In Alton, a tree fell onto a car and nearby home causing moderate damage to both. In another part of Alton, a large tree fell onto a garage destroying it.
