High Wind. Wind gusts of up to 61 MPH were reported on a PA DOT wind sensor on Route 322 at Fish Road. Gusts of up to 54 MPH were recorded on the Franklin Airport AWOS. Trees were downed into two different structures on Mercer Road and Mable Lane in Franklin. Widespread damage to trees and power lines was reported in Polk.
