The tornado touchdown one half mile north of the intersection of Murfreesboro Road and Locke Creek Road. The tornado then traveled northeast. The tornado damage path was 0.8 miles long and 75 yards wide. The start of the damage was found at the top of the ridge off of Locke Creek Road. Numerous trees were uprooted and twisted. One power pole was snapped. Based on the damage found, winds were estimated at 70 mph which corresponds to an EF-0 Tornado.
