Tornado developed southwest of Bennett Circle, crossed interstate 22 near Victoria, and dissipated near Rabbit Ridge Road and Red Banks Road. Tornado caused minor roof damage to several structures. Trees were uprooted, some of which fell on homes, and large limbs broken. Power lines were also down as well. Tornado rated an EF0 with 80-85 mph winds.
