Several businesses were damaged along a section of Highway 231 in Wetumpka. Major roof damage at the Lowes Home Improvement store where several large AC units were blown off the roof. Damage occurred to numerous vehicles in the parking lot due to flying debris. Doors at a nearby Walmart were blown off hinges. Numerous trees reported uprooted and power lines downed throughout the city of Wetumpka.
