My power went out at 5pm Sunday. I live at 300 Hickory Apartments. Today, Tuesday at 3:32pm the power at these apartments is still out. It was on for 1/2 hour early Monday morning and has not returned. All the businesses all around me have power. Why is 300 Hickory Apartments so hard to get the power back on? Thank you. I have to pour 9 gallons of milk down the drain.
