A sharp cold front plowed across central Pennsylvania during the early morning hours on the 30th. Very strong winds ahead/behind the front were observed with peak gusts around 50 mph. The strong winds caused isolated power outages and minor property damage. Strong wind gusts continued into the afternoon before subsiding by the evening.
