High wind gusts accompanied a strong low pressure system on December 23rd and continue into December 24th. Measured wind gusts across eastern Ohio ranged between 40 to 50mph. Isolated power outages occurred.
The 911 Call Center reported numerous trees and power lines down in the county.
Power lines were blown down in Wolf Run State Park.
A member of the public reported that large limbs were blown down and the power was out along Coal Run Hill Road at the county line.
