One side of our street on Hillshire Dr, Deer Park Tx for the last 3-1/2 hours.. it is not raining.. why is it still out?? I can’t get any answers?????

My mother is on life support over here on Pine Brook Drive 77536. You SOB/s dont give a damn. You damn near killed her during the winter freeze. Here we are again. NO ELECTRICITTY. Does Reliant want to pay for the Ambulance bill one this 20 minute tank of oxygen is empty?????

It’s cruel to give power just for a few hours and cut it off again. Originally, we lost power Sunday morning and didn’t get it back until early Wednesday morning around 2:30 am but lost it again around 7:30 am. This is truly a mismanagement of resources for a state with abundant energy supply. This will be used as an excuse to increase electricity bills and government funding for a failing power grid. This falls on multiple heads, from ERCOT to the Gov. Abbott for allowing poor management of resources and not planning ahead of time. This storm didn’t happen out of no where, everyone was told nearly 3 days ahead a severe ice storm was coming. I guess California gets the last laugh on us now.
