Downed trees were reported in Murray and on the north side of Calloway County. A tree blocked Highway 1824 near Almo. Scattered power outages were reported in Murray and the north side of the county. A wind gust to 59 mph was measured by the automated weather observing system at the Murray airport.
Numerous trees and power lines were blown down in the Dexter area.
Several large trees were down on Highway 1346. A couple of trees were blown down on the campus of Murray State University. Near the campus, a power pole was blown down, knocking out power to a portion of the area.
