Doe Run Power Outages Caused by Weather

A line of severe storms moved through the southern half of Ste. Francois County. Numerous trees, tree limbs and power lines were blown down, especially in Doe Run, Park Hills, Farmington and Desloge. In Farmington, two mobile homes were destroyed by fallen trees. Fortunately neither mobile home was occupied. One person had to be rescued from a vehicle that a tree had fallen on. No injuries were reported.
Thunderstorm winds blew down several trees and power lines in Doe Run. A couple of the power lines were blown down onto Route 221.
