An outflow boundary generated by thunderstorms over southwest Kansas moved into northwest Oklahoma. Afternoon heating along this boundary allowed for scattered thunderstorms. Although most produced non-severe gusty winds and heavy rainfall, one thunderstorm over Major county produced a wind gust that damaged power poles. No other damage was reported.
