A severe thunderstorm knocked down a tree onto electrical wires and a pole at 9:34 p.m. EDT, causing power outages for approximately 1,530 customers in the Grasonville and Queenstown areas. Delmarva Power was able to restore service to the affected customers shortly after 11:00 p.m. EDT.
