Hamlin Power Outages Caused by Weather

In and around Hamlin, several trees and power lines were blown down throughout the afternoon. A carport was uplifted and became entangled in power lines. A local mesonet measured a 40 mph gust during a time some of these trees were observed to have fallen.
Power lines were blown down across the town of Hamlin.
Large trees limbs were broken off. Power outages also occurred.
Power lines were downed by fallen trees south of Alum Creek.

Frontier said American Electric Power cut two of their large cables, resulting in an outage for two customers we asked them about.
