A wind gust of 62 mph was measured at Laurens County Airport. Trees were blown down in Clinton, with awnings and tin roofs blown off a couple of businesses. A tree was blown down on Leonard Rd, bringing down some power lines that ignited a fire at a trailer. Trees were also blown down on Torrington Rd, AB Jacks Rd and Mill Creek Rd. Another tree was blown down at Jefferson David Rd and highway 56, a little more than 6 miles south of Clinton.
