June 3, 2014 - Thunderstorm Wind

Thunderstorm winds caused widespread wind damage across the northern half of Knox County. In Hurdland, several trees were blown down or uprooted. In Edina, numerous trees, tree limbs and power lines were blown down. Several trees in Edina caused minor to moderate roof damage to a couple of homes.

A bow echo moved eastward across Knox county. Numerous trees, tree limbs and power lines were blown down countywide. Some of the trees blown down were three feet in diameter.
