A large severe thunderstorm knocked down numerous trees and power lines in a corridor from Laurel Hill to just northeast of Laurinburg. Several roads in Laurel Hill were impassable. A tree was also reported down on Highway 401 between Laurinburg and Wagram.
Trees and power lines were blown down on the south side of Laurel Hill.
