This tornado is labeled Tornado B1 (Lookeba Tornado). This tornado damaged/destroyed several structures and mangled numerous many trees and power poles. The tornado dissipated near the Canadian County line, minutes before the storm produced another tornado in Canadian County that became the EF5 Calumet-El Reno-Piedmont-Guthrie tornado.
