Mason Power Outages Caused by Weather

Law enforcement reported that a severe thunderstorm blew down numerous trees and powerlines mainly just east of US-127.
The bowing segment caused damage in a stretch nearly 7 miles long and 0.5 mile in width from approximately the Ingham county border east into the city of Mason. This path was a continuation of the damage in Eaton county. Strong winds uprooted or snapped numerous large trees in addition to downing power lines near the Mason area.
