A severe thunderstorm knocked down numerous tree limbs and power lines in Sudlersville. In addition, several whole trees were snapped about 10 feet above ground level. Some of the wind damage occurred along Peters Corner Road and Maryland State Road 300. Trees were also knocked down near U.S. Route 301 and within the Sudlersville Cemetery.
