SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The power has been restored, but a widespread outage caught many on the South Shore by surprise Wednesday morning. Liberty Utilities lost its transmission from NV Energy, which caused over 23,000 Liberty customers to lose power for about two hours from South Lake Tahoe, to Meyers, and down to Woodfords and Markleville.
