Winter weather is moving across the Carolinas Sunday morning causing power outages around the Pee Dee. As a winter storm continue to move through the Carolinas, Duke Energy said 67,000 customers are without power so far with more outages likely to occur later in the day and into Monday. Santee Cooper restored power to 1,464 customers in North Myrtle Beach after a piece of metal flashing blew into the line. Duke Energy is reporting the following outages as of 6 p. m. : Darlington County: 3,227.
