County comms reported multiple trees and power lines blown down in the Alto area.
NWS storm survey found an area of straight line wind damage in extreme southwest Habersham County. Numerous trees along with a couple of power poles were blown down from Heads Ferry Rd to just southwest of Duncan Bridge Rd. Some minor structural damage also occurred to a few homes.
County comms reported a tree blown down with power outages at the intersection of Old Highway 441 at Abbington way and at Old 441 and Thacker Rd. Another tree was down at the Orchard Rd and Orchard Dr.

Very strong west/northwest winds developed across the mountains of northeast Georgia behind a cold front during the afternoon, and continued into the evening before diminishing. Numerous trees were blown down across the area, some of which fell on and took down power lines, resulting in scattered power outages.
After an intense, but relatively brief high wind event affected the mountains and foothills on the evening of the 15th, another widespread damaging high wind event developed during the day of the 16th. Thousands of trees fell across the area, resulting in widespread power outages. Numerous trees fell on roads, homes, and vehicles.
Very strong winds developed during the evening of the 15th behind a strong cold front. Winds likely gusted to as high as 70 mph at the peaks of the event. Widespread damage occurred to trees and power lines, with numerous power outages reported across the area. A few trees fell on and damaged homes.
Emergency manager reported a 100 yard-wide, half mile long, damage path in Tallulah Falls. Fourteen large trees were uprooted and power lines blown down. One tree fell on a house.and another fell on a garage. Nickel size hail accompanied the storm.

There was widespread damage to trees and power lines, with quite a few power outages. A 37-year-old man was injured in Clayton, GA when a tree snapped off and fell on him. At least 1 vehicle was crushed by a fallen tree in Clayton.
