I'm a very ill woman handicapped which my apartment I had to leave as it flooded the ceiling in the bedroom fell to the floor all floors full of water no-one seems to care I moved into this place 3 week's ago & have had many issue's I don't know who to contact to report unsafe apartment I had to go to a friend's where she has power to charge my phone & get some sleep I'm from Rhode Island moved here I don't know much about Eunice Lousianna or whom to contact to have these issue's addressed can you please help me 401-441-7931 please I also have a C.N.A. daily she says it always smells like mold in here roches which I never had my entire life
