Emergency Management reported a funnel three-quarters of the way to the surface, with dust whirls and an occasional power flash. A video sent to the office via Twitter showed what appears to be a weak tornado with a truncated funnel and dust whirls at the surface. Since the tornado did not have a continuous path and since it was relegated mostly to open fields the damage was minimized to tree limbs and a few power lines.
