Nearby ASOS and AWOS reported gusts of 40 to 50 mph from west and northwest through the early afternoon. These wind gusts resulted in instances of tree damage and subsequent power outages.

Light snow overspread the area on January 25th and transitioned to a mix of sleet, freezing rain, and freezing drizzle on the night of January 25th into January 26th. Little to no snow accumulation was reported, but ice accretions ranged from 0.1 to 0.2 inches. The ice accretion led to reports of some slide offs along with some instances of power outages.
Periods of freezing rain with temperatures near freezing accumulated to between 0.10 and 0.20 across the area on New Year's Day, mainly during the morning and early afternoon hours. This led to a few reports of tree limbs down and spotty power outages across the region. There were also reports of a few car accidents as roads were slick in spots.
