The Washington County Electric Management Cooperative reported that more than a dozen trees and several power lines were down across the northern part of the county, generally near Georgia Highway 102 from the Glascock county line to Warthen, mostly just south of Hamburg State Park. In addition, many trees and several power lines were also down along Georgia Highway 15 from Warthen to Sandersville.
