A severe thunderstorm knocked down several trees, power lines, and power poles in Mine Hill Township at 8:13 p.m. EDT on the 7th. One tree was reported to have fallen on a home. The heaviest damage was reported in a wooded area between Route 10 and Canfield Avenue in Mine Hill Township, with a portion of Canfield Avenue being closed as a result. Traffic lights were reported out along Route 10 and Route 467.
