Millers Creek Power Outages Caused by Weather

A few trees were downed by thunderstorm winds around the Millers Creek area, with one tree falling onto powerlines on Prospect Lane.
High winds from thunderstorms brought down some trees onto power lines west of Millers Creek and several trees at locations eastward for several miles through the town. Trees and power lines were also reported down in the Traphill, Austin and Thurmond areas by a local newspaper.
