Multiple power lines were reported down in Walnut Shade on Kessler Drive off of west Highway 176.
Several trees were reported down in the Bull Creek area, 2 miles off of Highway 65. A power line was also reported down over a trailer. No injuries were reported. The time was based on radar.

A National Weather Service storm survey conducted with the county Emergency Manager concluded that an EF-1 tornado with maximum winds of 92 mph and a path width of 100 yards traveled for just over a mile and a half. The tornado touched down just west of Highway 65 north of Walnut Grove. Along the tornadoes path numerous trees and some power lines were downed and multiple outbuilding were significantly damaged or destroyed.
